Responsibilities

Direct a team of operations support staff in daily transaction matching, reconciliations, refunds, and settlements.
Escalate complex payment disputes, chargebacks, and gateway outages.
Collaborate with IT/Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve major systemic issues.
Monitor operational metrics and drive process improvements to reduce errors.
Lead system upgrade initiatives, coordinate UAT, and represent operations to IT/PMs.
Document As-Is workflows, SOPs, and operational frameworks.
