Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Presales / Solutions Engineer to translate customer needs into scalable cloud and IT service solutions. You will partner with Sales to craft proposals, deliver demos, and support RFPs.

The role emphasizes cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a plus), costings, and architecture diagrams, with opportunities for certification and ongoing technical enablement. Hybrid work arrangement in Kallang area.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales / solutions engineering / technical consulting (cloud or IT services).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP is a plus).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in proposal writing, costing, and solution design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Design and propose end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Deliver impactful technical presentations, product demos, and POCs to customers.
• Develop high-quality technical proposals, including solution architecture diagrams, detailed solution write-ups, and costing estimates.
• Work with vendors, distributors, and internal teams for solution validation, sizing, and pricing.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work (SOW), and implementation documentation.
• Ensure solution feasibility by aligning closely with delivery and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Leverage tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, internal templates) to improve proposal efficiency and quality.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, certifications, and technical enablement programs
