Job summary

Kelington Engineering (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level finance professional to learn and assist with full or partial sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, GST reporting and cash flow forecasts.

You will gain exposure to accounting standards, SOPs, and compliance. The role invites fresh graduates or those with minimal accounts/finance experience, with opportunities to liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers, and to take on ad-hoc duties as assigned,

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Finance/Accounting and above.
• Fresh graduate or minimum accounts/finance working experience.
• Able to learn full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, GST) and related reports.
• Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers is a plus.
• Willing to perform ad-hoc duties and support compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and handle full or partial sets of accounts including AP/AR/GL.
• Assist GST reporting, cash flow forecasts, and various financial reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers as required.
• Support in SOPs, accounting standards, and compliance activities.
