RAMROY (PTE) LTD is seeking an entry-level accounting assistant in Singapore to handle orders, invoicing, deliveries, scheduling, and follow-ups on overdue payments. You will also assist with bank reconciliation and generating basic financial reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Process orders including invoices, deliveries and scheduling activities.
• Follow up on overdue payments professionally and proactively contact customers via phone or email to secure overdue payments.
• Match bank statements to internal records daily.
• Generate Profit and Loss or Balance Sheet reports for management review.
