Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of schedules for management accounts.
• Maintain documentation and filing of invoices, payment records and other documents.
• Assist in intercompany invoicing and reconciling intercompany balances.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for annual audits.
• Support GST returns and corporate tax filings.
