Job summary

Singapore Medical Specialists Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to daily operations, month-end closing, GST submissions, receivables follow-up, and reporting, working with an experienced finance group.

Fresh graduates or junior candidates are welcome; training will be provided, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
1–2 years in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable in Singapore welcome.
Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Word emphasis.
Knowledge of MYOB and Xero advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist with data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents promptly.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist in petty cash management.
Support month-end closing and balance sheet schedules.
Assist in quarterly GST submissions.
Prepare ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in inventory count observation and control processes.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of records.
Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
