Singapore Medical Specialists Centre is seeking an Accounts Executive to join the finance team. You will gain hands-on exposure to daily finance operations, month-end closing, GST submission, receivables follow-up, and reporting.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and knowledge of MYOB or Xero are an advantage in this fast-paced environment. You will work closely with an experienced finance team.

Competenze

Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
1–2 years in Accounts Receivable/Payable in Singapore is welcome.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Knowledge of MYOB and Xero is an added advantage.
Meticulous, organised, and able to handle tasks with accuracy.
Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.

Mansioni

Assist with data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist in petty cash management.
Support month-end closing activities and preparation of balance sheet schedules.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly GST submissions.
Prepare ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in inventory count observation and inventory control processes.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
