Job summary

AMABEL & ASSOCIATES is hiring a Junior Accounts Executive in Singapore to manage full sets of client accounts and perform on-site support when needed. You will prepare GST returns, assist with basic tax computations, and liaise with clients for accurate records.

The role requires at least 2 years of accounting experience, a Diploma in Accounting or LCCI, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online. English and Mandarin fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in handling full sets of accounts using QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with preparing financial statements and basic tax computations.
• Good understanding of accounting and GST principles.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for diverse clients and maintain accurate records.
• Provide on-site accounting support at clients’ offices as required.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare GST returns in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with basic tax computations to support client needs.
• Liaise with clients to collect accounting information and documents.
• Follow up on outstanding matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Support other accounting and tax assignments to contribute to team objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate smooth processes.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
