Job summary

PCA Technology Limited in Singapore is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to join our finance team, supporting month-end closing, account consolidation, and management reporting. Candidates should have at least an Advanced Diploma/Graduate in Finance or Accounting; up to 2 years experience is preferred, but applicants without experience will be considered.

• Must have at least an Advanced Diploma/Graduate in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of related work experience; applicants without experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing for company accounts and prepare the notes to accounts.
• Prepare consolidated accounts and management reports.
• Assist in GST and tax related matters.
• Assist Finance Manager on year-end audit matters.
• Assist in quarterly stock-take.
• To perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Department.
• Highly motivated and committed to work.
• Good team player with good communication and initiative.
• Performed detailed work independently with accuracy and speed.
