PM Group seeks aJunior Accountant to join our Singapore finance team. You will support day-to-day accounting across receivables, payables and project accounting, collaborating closely with the Finance Manager and project teams in a professional services setting.

This early-career role offers hands-on experience in project-based accounting, exposure to GST compliance, and the opportunity to grow within a global, employee-owned firm with a robust regional footprint in Asia.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Singapore GST and accounting principles.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet month-end deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and work with project teams.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, check and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record receipts and match payments against open invoices.
• Maintain the AR tracker and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Process subcontractor invoices and check them against purchase orders.
• Perform subcontractor reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing, including journal entries.
• Maintain project cost records and assist reporting.
