Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Java backend developer to design, build, and maintain scalable back-end systems that support core business operations.

You will work with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related technologies to implement robust APIs and microservices. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on Java development, strong OOP and design pattern knowledge, and experience with databases, messaging systems, and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional Java backend development experience.
• Proficiency with Java frameworks and tools listed (Spring Boot, Cloud, MVC, Struts, Hibernate, MyBatis).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, databases (MySQL), Kafka/Redis, and Linux environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build internal systems and platforms, including back-end systems supporting business operations, mobile game platforms, and core app functions (cashier, channel payments, gateway, settlement, and finance modules).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of back-end systems with front-end platforms, databases, and other internal systems.
• Design and implement web scraping systems to collect data from external websites, and develop RPA scripts to improve business operation efficiency.
• Write code to implement product features, complete project development end-to-end, and participate in requirements analysis.
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of back-end systems; assist in tackling core technical challenges and technology solution selection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including production environment troubleshooting, to ensure smooth system operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, ensuring high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, system configurations, and project documentation for internal use.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Java backend development, with solid understanding of OOP, common design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Proficient in Java frameworks and tools such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, SpringMVC, Struts, Hibernate, and MyBatis.
• Familiar with common internet technologies including MySQL, SQL, Kafka, Redis, RPC, MQ, caching technologies, Linux systems, and microservice architectures; experience with API development and integration is essential.
• Possess good coding and documentation habits, with attention to code style and a continuous focus on optimizing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges; ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of ownership.
