Job summary

Continental Technology Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior Backend Engineer to design, develop and maintain microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot.

You will implement integration with Apache Camel 4, develop RESTful APIs, and participate in sprint ceremonies while ensuring code quality and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time, write tests, and contribute to CI/CD improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Min 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong background in Agile DevOps and sprint management.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend microservices with Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Apache Camel 4.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of JWT and modern authorization mechanisms.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Confluence and Bitbucket.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
