GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic and commercially driven senior HR/business leader to support growth across regional operations.

The role will partner with subsidiary CEOs and senior leaders, delivering insights, challenging assumptions, and driving performance improvements in recruitment, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will analyze P&L, KPIs, and market trends to influence decisions and shape multi-entity planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the recruitment or staffing agency industry.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing a recruitment business, branch, team, or business unit with ownership of commercial performance.
• Experience in roles such as Branch Manager, Business Manager, Recruitment Manager, Country Manager, or equivalent leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs including gross profit margin, consultant productivity, billings, conversions, and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills to identify challenges, root causes, and translate insights into action.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Good financial literacy with understanding of P&L, margins, and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subsidiary CEOs and leadership teams to understand operations, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Participate in management meetings, business reviews, and annual planning across multiple entities.
• Analyze performance, metrics, and initiatives to support decision-making.
• Review P&L, KPIs, and drivers to identify improvements.
• Evaluate performance across consultant productivity, revenue growth, gross profit, pricing, efficiency, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement through data-driven analysis.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to improve performance.
• Challenge assumptions and help refine strategies and execution plans.
• Collaborate with leaders to align local initiatives with organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends in HR services and recruitment.
• Prepare executive-level reports and updates for regional stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
