You will participate in board meetings, review performance metrics and KPIs, and provide strategic insights to subsidiary management teams. The role requires extensive experience in recruitment or staffing, strong Japanese language skills for liaising with clients, and a track record of cross-border collaboration with multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing industries.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with management teams and COEs.
• Experience in regional or cross-border environments with multicultural teams.
• Experience managing a team of any size.
• Ability to review and analyse business performance and operational strategies.
• Strategic thinking with ability to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management when engaging senior leaders.
• Experience preparing management reports and presentations for senior executives or boards.

Responsibilities

• Support the holding company in overseeing and enhancing business operations across multiple subsidiaries.
• Participate in monthly board meetings and annual business planning processes.
• Review each subsidiary’s business performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business plans and operational performance.
• Provide feedback and strategic insights to subsidiary management teams.
• Identify risks, growth opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Facilitate strategic discussions and challenge assumptions to strengthen decision-making.
• Support the development and execution of group-level strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with subsidiary leaders to ensure alignment with group objectives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics within HR services and recruitment industry.
• Contribute to improving governance, reporting frameworks, and performance management across the group.
