GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to support recruitment and HR operations across multiple outlets.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and handle onboarding, payroll support, and HRIS updates. The role offers exposure to manpower planning, MOM compliance, and development of recruitment capabilities within the organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts where required.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience in high-volume environments (F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or Logistics).
• Well-rounded HR operations experience, including employee lifecycle management, work pass administration and MOM compliance.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring a small recruitment team.
• Exposure to HR reporting, manpower planning, HRIS and payroll administration support.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring across outlets or business units.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive recruitment outcomes.
• Support HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, lifecycle administration, contract management and offboarding.
• Administer work pass matters and ensure MOM regulations and employment legislation compliance.
• Prepare HR reports, support manpower planning activities and maintain HRIS records.
• Provide payroll-related support and back-up payroll administration when required.
• Coach and support junior recruitment team members to strengthen capabilities.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
