GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate/Manager-level Strategy Consultant to conduct market research, evaluate strategic opportunities, and support go-to-market planning for client engagements in Singapore.

You will perform financial analyses, prepare materials for board meetings, and develop investment and marketing collateral. Strong Japanese and English communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a management or strategy consultant (Associate) or 7+ years (Manager)
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients
• Business proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player in a dynamic environment
• Open-minded and eager to gain exposure across diverse services and industries
• Self-starter with high energy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research including competitive analysis on offerings, market positioning, and financial performance
• Evaluate potential opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
• Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations, including financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis
• Develop go-to-market strategies and prepare business plans and presentation materials for board meetings
• Conceptualize and create marketing, training, and investment materials
