GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic corporate service/solutions sales professional in Singapore to expand our client base.

The role involves market research, developing new clients, and advising on recruitment needs. You will conduct high-volume cold-calling, negotiate with clients, and coordinate with consultants to fill positions. Proficiency in Japanese is essential to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of corporate service/solutions sales experience.
• Experience in recruitment industry is a plus.
• Must be proficient in Japanese to liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research to understand various industries.
• Develop new clients and maintain existing clients.
• Understand clients' recruitment needs and provide advice as required.
• Deliver new positions and coordinate with Consultant Team to source requirements.
• Negotiate with clients as needed.
• Attend networking sessions as required.
