Job summary

good job creations (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a strategic, commercially driven senior leader to support regional growth across HR services businesses.

You will work with subsidiary CEOs and senior teams to provide business insights, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance. The role leverages recruitment industry expertise, analytical capability, and a commercial mindset to influence decisions and contribute to long-term regional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment/staffing agency industry.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing a recruitment business or unit with ownership of commercial performance.
• Experience in roles such as Branch Manager, Business Manager, Recruitment Manager, or Country Manager.
• Strong KPIs knowledge: gross profit margin, productivity, billings, conversion, workforce planning.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subsidiary CEOs and leadership teams to understand operations and growth opportunities.
• Participate in management meetings, business reviews, and annual planning across entities.
• Analyze performance, metrics, and initiatives to support decision-making.
• Review P&L, KPIs, and drivers to identify improvements.
• Evaluate consultant productivity, revenue, gross profit, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to improve performance.
• Challenge assumptions and help refine strategies and execution plans.
• Collaborate with leaders to align local initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Monitor market trends in HR services and recruitment.
• Prepare executive reports and updates for regional stakeholders.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
