Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is looking for a M365 IT Support Engineer (Japanese Speaking) to join a 24x7 enterprise IT support desk in Singapore. You will handle Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications, performing PowerShell tasks and coordinating with vendors for timely resolution.

The role requires 2–5 years in helpdesk, fluency in Japanese and English, and willingness to night/weekend shifts in a 5-day week. Training and global support exposure are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a helpdesk or IT support role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese and English, reading, writing and conversation.
• Willingness to work on a shift schedule including night and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day workweek with variable rest days; occasional Saturdays/Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries related to Microsoft 365 incidents and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and configuration changes in M365 environments.
• Perform M365 tasks using PowerShell and document activities in ITSM tools.
• Create and manage support tickets; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs.
• Handle incidents for other enterprise services and applications as needed.
