Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in electronics or electrical components.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese for communicating with counterparts.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas when required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and distributors with a balanced hunting/farming focus (approx. 50:50).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via presentations, product demos, exhibitions and sales activities.
• Support strategic and operational sales goals with senior management.
• Collaborate with R&D to enhance product presentations and communicate new features.
• Coordinate with factories on forecasts, quality, delivery, and pricing to support sales objectives.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide after-sales support.
