GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.

You will analyze customer requirements, propose solutions, and coordinate technology development across internal and external teams. Prospective candidates should have proven B2B sales experience, strong Japanese communication skills, and a good understanding of motor-driven equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in manufacturing or tech-driven businesses.
• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking counterparts.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations or technical product businesses.
• Ability to work independently with structured problem-solving.
• Positive, proactive and self-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new industries, products and technologies.
• Experience with motor suppliers is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of motors, especially BLDC and pump motors, is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate technology development projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities.
• Resolve operational issues and provide effective troubleshooting support.
