Job summary

Toppan Trident is seeking an Account Manager to maintain strong client relationships and drive growth within our Indonesia team. You will manage client projects, forecast workloads, and ensure accurate financials while delivering excellent service.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication are essential. The role is based onsite in Jakarta, with opportunities to collaborate regionally and contribute to process improvements and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client servicing, account management, customer service or people management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good working English communication skills.
• Based in Jakarta and able to work onsite at our client’s office.
• Experience in printing, packaging, FMCG, creative production or brand execution is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead client business review meetings and prepare KPI information.
• Manage clients’ commercial expectations: KPI, service, delivery and quality.
• Take full control of client projects; negotiate schedules and account initiatives.
• Ensure delivery on time and align with the CSR team.
• Understand client briefs and suggest alternatives to improve outcomes.
• Forecast workloads with the client and support capacity planning.
• Generate capacity assessments for resource management and recruitment.
• Oversee client financials including WIP, invoicing, and POs; monitor costs against Rate Card.
• Maintain accounts profitability and explore upsell opportunities.
• Support growth plans and identify opportunities to expand services or geographies.
