Job summary

Toppan Trident in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking a Client Service Representative to act as the main contact for assigned client accounts. You will clarify requirements, manage timelines, and coordinate artwork and production workflows with internal teams and client systems.

The role supports scheduling, invoicing, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication across diverse stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Vietnam and exposure to global brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in client service, customer service or project management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Well-organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Clarify client requirements and manage expectations on timelines.
• Coordinate artwork and production workflows using Trident and client systems.
• Track deliverables and highlight risks or delays early.
• Support scheduling and release of completed work.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for client billing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be a key point of contact for assigned client accounts


• Clarify client requirements and manage expectations on timelines


• Coordinate artwork and production workflows using Trident and client systems


• Track deliverables and highlight risks or delays early


• Support scheduling and release of completed work


• Prepare quotes and invoices for client billing


• Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements


• Support system testing and technology enhancements when introduced

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in client service, customer service or project management


• Strong communication and coordination skills


• Well‑organised with good attention to detail


• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines


• Experience in printing, packaging or production is an advantage


• Enjoys working in a structured, professional environment
