Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking a professional to support engineering capability development and the digitalization of operational workflows through ITSM platforms. The role emphasizes user readiness and transitioning manual processes to standardised digital workflows in line with governance.

You will coordinate structured technical training, collaborate with system owners and vendors, and contribute to continuous improvement and certification tracking across units. This position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or operational environments involving mission-critical systems.
• Experience in capability development, knowledge transfer, or training support.
• Ability to coordinate capability development initiatives and manage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support structured technical training programmes aligned with organisational needs.
• Support migration of workflows to ITSM platforms and translate processes into digital workflows.
• Support evaluation, testing, and rollout of workflows with process owners and vendors.
• Assist competency frameworks and certification tracking.
• Engage stakeholders and support change management and knowledge transfer.
