Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a proactive Training and Capability Development Specialist on a long-term contract. You will coordinate technical training, develop materials and user guides, track certifications and support training administration.

You will drive changes, apply ITIL practices, work with LMS and ITSM platforms, and collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners to improve workflows and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in engineering, operations, training or capability development environments.
• Experience supporting training programmes, competency development or knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Ability to support change management and user adoption activities.
• Experience in process improvement or system implementation.
• Familiarity with service management or workflow processes is preferred.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and workflow digitalisation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, or simulation-based training tools.
• Experience in developing or managing competency frameworks, certification programmes, or skills assessment processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with vendors, training providers, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements, or best practice standards is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical training and capability development programmes.
• Work with internal stakeholders and training providers to develop training materials and user guides.
• Support competency development, certification tracking and training administration.
• Assist in improving and digitalising operational processes and workflows.
• Gather requirements, support testing and help implement new systems and processes.
• Drive user adoption through training, knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external partners to support project delivery.
