Job summary

Casa Vostra is seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team in Singapore. You'll cook Italian dishes with a focus on pasta and pizza, and support service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or similar kitchen role.
• Ability to perform well in a high-volume, quick-service restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes, with a focus on pasta and/or pizza.
• Assist in running assigned kitchen stations during service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to Casa Vostra standards.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Carry out mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in compliance with NEA regulations.
• Assist with stock handling, food storage, and minimising wastage.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
