Job summary

A & ONE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable IT professional in Singapore to provide essential IT support, participate in ERP/MES implementation, and actively manage IT assets. The role emphasizes maintaining robust infrastructure, disaster recovery testing, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure secure, well-documented IT operations and drive continuous improvement within the company's digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Familiar with ERP and MES systems.
• Strong documentation and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential IT support services in a corporate environment.
• Collaborate on the implementation and support of ERP and MES solutions.
• Manage and track IT assets, including software licensing.
• Maintain IT infrastructure: desktops, servers, storage, backup, network security (door access, CCTV).
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery programs and regular testing.
• Keep procedures and documentation up to date.
• Ensure SOPs governing system operations are followed and efficient.
• Initiate and run improvement programs independently.

Job description

1. Responsible for providing all essential IT support services to the company in a corporate environment.

2. Team player in the implementation and support of new technologies and applications based on business needs, including ERP and MES solutions.

3. Manage / Track IT assets in the organisation, including software / services licensing that are installed onto the computerised system.

4. Manage periodic maintenance programs of the IT infrastructure, including desktop PCs, file and print servers, storage, backup, telco, and networking, as well as security systems on door access and CCTV.

5. Manage periodic backup, disaster and recovery program to ensure all systems are tested regularly to ensure recovery is well executed.

6. Ensure procedures / documentations are well recorded and maintained, and always up to date.

7. Ensure standard operating procedures governing the operations of systems are always in practice, and function in the most effective manner.

8. Able to initiate and run improvement programs independently.
