Job summary

COSL OIL-TECH (SINGAPORE) LTD. is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, and enterprise apps in Singapore.

You will install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment, manage AD accounts, VPN and IP telephony, and maintain hardware and licences while coordinating with vendors. Additionally, you will monitor IT infrastructure including server rooms, network gear and CCTV, assist with cybersecurity assessments and incident investigations, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR may apply.
• Relevant IT support, system administration, or infrastructure operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role provides Level 1and Level 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, Microsoft Office andenterprise applications. You will install, configure and troubleshoot ITequipment, printers, projectors and meeting-room systems, manage user accountsand access for Active Directory, email, VPN and IP telephony, and maintain IThardware, software licence and fixed-asset records. You will support employeeIT onboarding, coordinate technical issues with external vendors, monitorserver rooms, network equipment, CCTV systems and other IT infrastructure, andassist with cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability remediation and incidentinvestigations. You will also conduct regular workplace and facilitiesinspections, record defects and coordinate corrective action with the appointedproperty management team and service providers, track facilities issues andmaintenance work through to timely completion, and maintain facilitiesinspection records and issue trackers.

About you

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline from a Singapore Autonomous University.
• Only Singaporean or Singapore PR may apply.
• Relevant experience in IT support, system administration or infrastructure operations
• Good knowledge of Windows10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VPN, IP telephony and network fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, regional teams, property management personnel and external vendors
• Service-oriented, adaptable and committed to workplace safety and compliance
• Experience coordinating facilities maintenance, property inspections or service providers would be an added advantage
