Job summary

Aeon Earth Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated technician to diagnose and repair Apple notebooks and desktops. You will handle in-store repairs and may pick up customer devices for repair, ensuring timely follow-ups on queries and complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Role requires familiarity with macOS/iOS, strong communication, independence, and teamwork. A valid Class 3 license is preferred and training is provided for on-the-job skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum O' Level or equivalent with 1 year customer and support experience preferred
• Relevant Experience in repair of notebooks/desktop products and service-oriented environment preferred
• Class 3 motorcar driving license is a must
• Familiar with Apple Products and macOS/iOS
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly independent, efficient & pro-active
• Must have good working attitude and a good team player
• Able to establish and build good customer relationship
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
