Job summary

The National Environment Agency seeks an IT professional to join the Mandai Operations Department, overseeing cremation services IT systems. You will manage and monitor operational systems like PCMS, CMS, AGV fleet, ServiceNow QR traceability, and lockers to ensure reliable, secure service delivery.

You will coordinate with operations, IT Division and vendors on requirements, testing, UAT, deployments and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects end-to-end
• Familiar with IT governance and contracts
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of government operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor operational systems supporting cremation services (PCMS, CMS, AGV fleet, ServiceNow QR traceability, lockers).
• Ensure system availability, security, data integrity, and compliance with IT governance.
• Collaborate with operations users, IT Division, and vendors on requirements, testing, UAT, maintenance and change deployments.
• Translate user needs into technical specs and drive system improvements with vendors.
• Develop test plans, lead UAT, and oversee end-to-end change processes for deployments.
• Oversee vendor performance, service contracts, and governance meetings.
