Job summary

Public Service Division invites an IT professional to join Mandai Operations Department (MAOD) overseeing NEA’s cremation services at Mandai Complex. You will manage key systems to ensure reliable, secure, and dignified service delivery to the public.

Qualifications

5–8 years of systems management or IT project management experience.
Experience in requirements gathering, system integration, testing, UAT, and IT governance.
Organised, meticulous, proactive, and service-oriented with strong communication.
Familiarity with government operations, public service delivery, and regulatory compliance.
Willing to work in an after-death care services environment.
Able and willing to work beyond regular hours (rostered weekends, festivals, emergencies).

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor performance of operational systems supporting cremation services (PCMS, CMS, AGV, QR tracing, lockers).
Ensure system availability, reliability, security, data integrity, and compliance with IT governance.
