Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Systems Officer to support and administer the organisation's Microsoft 365 environment, end-user devices and IT infrastructure.

The role balances proactive maintenance with hands-on user support across office, remote and vessel environments. You will monitor system health, implement Microsoft 365 solutions, manage device lifecycle, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and liaise with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Level 1-2 IT support in a medium/large enterprise.
• 2+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Able to travel overseas for assignments when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Intune and Defender.
• Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support, including remote, onsite and vessel-based troubleshooting.
• Monitor system health, security and performance, and perform regular operational checks.
• Research, design and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage IT hardware deployment, replacement, lifecycle and asset inventory.
• Perform system updates, backups and restorations.
• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, configuration records and user guides.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve IT issues.
• Support IT procurement, including sourcing, quotations and vendor coordination.
• Participate in after-hours/weekend standby support and overseas travel when required.

Role Overview

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Defender .
• At least 2 years' experience supporting network and firewall solutions .
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to support after-hours standby and travel overseas when required.

Preferred

• Microsoft 365 Administrator or equivalent certification.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting IT systems in maritime, offshore or vessel environments .
