Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT support specialist to manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment.

The role covers Intune and Defender administration, plus L1/L2 user support across on-site and remote locations, including vessel support when required. The candidate should have at least 3 years of L1/L2 IT support experience and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender, along with network and firewall troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of L1/L2 IT support experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Defender.
• Experience supporting networks and firewalls.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to work after-hours standby and travel overseas when required.
