Job summary

Singapore Red Cross Society seeks a Systems Operation Specialist to ensure secure, cost-efficient administration of hardware, network infrastructure, and end-user computing across locations. You will manage asset lifecycles, network security, and core IT systems, while guiding L1/L2 staff and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities include project planning, change control, and adherence to PDPA and AI governance.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., networking, Google/cloud administration, ITIL, project management).
2–4 years of hands-on experience with endpoint management, directory services, networking, and backup tools.

Responsibilities

Provide L3 resolution for escalated incidents on endpoints and peripherals, with root-cause analysis for recurring faults.
Maintain asset management and device lifecycle, including onboarding, encryption, patching, maintenance and disposal.
Guide L1/L2 staff, improve runbooks and knowledge articles, ensure SOP compliance, and assist during staff shortages.
Offer on-site and remote support, including events and emergencies outside business hours.
Manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 user accounts and security configurations.
Plan and deliver IT projects, coordinate with vendors, and manage cutovers and training.
