Job summary

CCD (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Officer to provide hands-on technical support and system administration across IT operations, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT asset management.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, administer user accounts, monitor network infrastructure, and support ISO 27001 compliance while collaborating with regional IT teams and vendors on upgrades and digitalisation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or A levels or relevant qualifications.
• 3 years relevant working experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows operating systems and IT troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network diagnostics.
• Familiarity with servers, backup solutions, UPS equipment, and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 or information security management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, Windows OS, and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, user-access, and connectivity issues; prioritise requests.
• Prepare IT equipment and accounts for onboarding/offboarding.
• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, email, licences, and access permissions.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, groups, and shared-folder permissions.
• Monitor local network switches, wireless access points, servers and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues with diagnostic tools.
• Support information security policies, endpoint protection, OS updates, and patching.
• Maintain ISO 27001 documentation, risk assessment records, audit evidence, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate IT hardware, software, licence, warranty, and inventory records.
