Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware and software at HQ and Sites
• Assist in set up of new PCs and install and manage software on PCs
• Perform system administration and user account management
• Perform procurement, installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal, security and company guidelines
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing improvement processes
• Maintenance of system licenses, warranties and any other support agreements.
• Development and maintenance of IT documentation including Asset management and tracking
