• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LANs, WANs, VPNs).
• Provide end-user support and resolve IT issues.
• Implement security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Participate in IT projects and collaborate with other departments.
• Maintain IT documentation and create user guides.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
