Job summary

ea recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking an IT administrator to manage the current IT team and oversee day-to-day activities, major IT projects, and the company’s smart IT infrastructure.

You will coordinate with HQ, design and maintain IT environments, manage risks, and assist with sales tender processes and project engineering tasks. Strong MS 365, IT ops, and cybersecurity awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT is required.
• Minimum 4 years of IT administrator/IT ops experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT operations.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with network-related systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the current IT team and oversee day-to-day activities and major IT projects.
• Coordinate with HQ on IT matters with HOD.
• Design, implement and maintain IT environments.
• Manage risks and ensure projects meet deadlines and improve processes.
• Assist Sales with tender proposals and network design reviews.
• Assist Project Engineers with network hardware setup and configuration.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT issues office-wide.
• Administer and secure the office network and IT systems.
