Job summary

Kerry Consulting PTE. LTD. is sourcing an IT Infra & System Administrator for an Infrastructure & Engineering MNC in Singapore.

The role focuses on maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, identity management, and network infrastructure while ensuring reliable day-to-day technology operations. The candidate should have a Diploma in IT and at least 5 years of hands-on IT infra experience, with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in IT or related discipline with 5+ years' hands-on IT infra and end-user support.
Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Entra ID and identity/access management.
Strong networking knowledge; experience with firewalls, VPN, and SSO.
Experience supporting call center environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Administer the Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and manage user lifecycle, licenses, MFA, and security alerts.
Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and maintain system documentation.
Monitor and administer network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, VPN, and Wi‑Fi; coordinate with vendors for incidents.
Maintain IT asset inventories, manage support tickets and vendor cases, and assist in infrastructure projects and improvements.
