Job summary

SAFRA National Service Association in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support professional to administer Microsoft 365 services, manage Windows Server environments, and maintain network infrastructure. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration or Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• Experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Experience with network infrastructure, switches, firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and IT automation is advantageous.
• Microsoft certifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID and Defender.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, security groups, mailboxes and access permissions.
• Monitor service health and investigate issues in 365 and related services.
• Coordinate with managed service vendor for server health, patches and backups.
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services.
• Support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls and VPNs.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardization.
