EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Administrator to lead the current IT team and manage day-to-day operations, major projects, and the firm’s intelligent IT infrastructure in the West of Singapore.

You will collaborate with senior management and HQ to align IT strategy, design and maintain networked systems, and ensure secure, reliable operations. A diploma/degree in IT and 4+ years of IT admin experience are required.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in IT is required.
• At least 4 years of IT administrator experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT environments.
• Cybersecurity awareness is essential.
• Knowledge of Promax/Virtual Environment and MS Business Central is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the current IT team and oversee day-to-day activities and major IT projects.
• Coordinate with HOD and HQ regarding IT matters.
• Design, implement and maintain IT environments.
• Manage risks, deliver projects on time and improve processes.
• Assist sales by ensuring tender proposals meet network requirements.
• Assist Project Engineers with setup and configuration of network components (IP cameras, SANs, servers, switches, routers, workstations).
• Provide support with Service Engineers to identify and resolve network hardware/software issues.
• Oversee network administration for the office and secure the network infrastructure.
• Oversee system administration for office IT systems including servers and storage.
• Provide technical helpdesk support for office users.
