Job summary

SKINLAB THE MEDICAL SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) to provide hands-on end-user support for laptops, desktops, and clinic devices across Singapore headquarters and multiple outlets, with occasional Malaysia coverage.

You will manage Google Workspace, security hygiene, MFA, VPN, and basic network issues, while assisting with onboarding, device provisioning, and outlet deployments. Travel to outlets will be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years IT support experience (L1/L2).
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Willingness to travel to outlets across Singapore and support after-hours deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, MFA, VPN, and productivity tools.
• Assist with device provisioning: laptop/mobile setup, initial configuration, user profile setup, security baseline application.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and device preparation.
• Support POS systems and client devices at outlets; perform remote and on-site troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and site maintenance; perform outlet system health checks.
• Apply security practices (MFA, patching, secure configurations) and data sanitization.
• Troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, DHCP/DNS, VLANs) and assist with new outlet deployments.
• Manage Google Workspace accounts, groups, policies, and basic security; knowledge of MDM/RMM.
