Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
• No prior professional IT support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 onsite and remote IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Windows OS, software, printers, and network issues.
• Create, update, track, and resolve IT tickets.
• Follow up on incidents and service requests until resolved.
• Coordinate with Level 2 teams for complex issues.
• Communicate progress to end users professionally.
• Install, configure, maintain desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform OS installations, software deployments, and hardware maintenance.
• Assist with computer imaging using Rufus or Acronis.
• Maintain hardware configurations and technical documentation.
• Conduct periodic IT system checks and asset updates.
• Help with basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
• Assist with Active Directory user accounts and Intune-based management.
