Job summary

MEGASAFE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to assist our internal teams and clients across hardware, software and networks.

You will gain exposure to IT support, networking and systems administration with on-site elements. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, system administration, and maintaining documentation. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support Chinese-speaking clients, and a willingness to learn AI tools in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Computer/IT or related field.
• Fluent English and Mandarin to support Chinese-speaking clients.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and networking fundamentals.
• Positive attitude, hardworking and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools.
• Experience in application software support with on-site support and implementation (advantageous).
• Knowledge of databases and/or programming (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Support daily system administration, software installations, updates and configurations.
• Help maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and databases.
• Monitor system performance; support cybersecurity, backup and disaster-recovery routines.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, including on-site.
• Maintain IT documentation — network diagrams, user guides and SOPs.
• Participate in IT projects and the rollout of new solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT-related tasks.
