Job summary

Acesolution Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage on-site and remote technical support, and infrastructure escalation across locations.

You will deliver Level 1–3 troubleshooting with direct user interaction, while maintaining documentation and asset inventory for corporate clients. You will handle Windows, Windows Server, and macOS issues, configure TCP/IP networks, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and firewall deployments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Certifications such as MCSE/A and experience with Google Workspace.
• Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and ability to work independently.
• Calm under pressure with strong incident management.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate IT network and infrastructure for stable, secure operations.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execute recovery procedures.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to end users to improve IT proficiency.
• Manage remote helpdesk operations to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory for client assets.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Windows Server, and macOS environments.
• Configure TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and firewall deployments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory services.
• Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve IT requests.
• Deliver fast remote and onsite assistance for software, connectivity, performance, and hardware issues.
• Manage firewall/router configurations and monitor network performance.
