Job summary

Kienta Engineering Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support, manage site IT infrastructure, administer systems, and deliver business data reporting for HQ and project sites.

Responsibilities include first-line support for devices and apps, site network and security management, asset/licence administration, onboarding/offboarding, and developing Power BI dashboards for EHS/quality insights across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, email, VPN, passwords, and user access.
• Coordinate site IT infrastructure deployments including fibre broadband, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, NAS/server systems, and printers.
• Support CCTV, biometric/access-control, and GPS tracking systems for security and monitoring.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, antivirus, user permissions, and backups for data integrity.
• Manage IT assets and licenses and coordinate with vendors to optimize resources.
• Administer onboarding/offboarding processes including accounts and equipment setup.
• Maintain EHS and Quality datasets for incidents, inspections, NCRs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Develop and update Power BI dashboards and reports to analyze EHS/quality trends by project.
• Collect and maintain environmental and sustainability data for accurate tracking.
• Ensure data quality by following up on site submissions and reconciling with QS/EHS/Quality.
• Assist with IT projects, digitalisation initiatives, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, email, VPN, passwords, and user access to ensure seamless user operations
• Coordinate implementation of project site IT infrastructure including fibre broadband, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, NAS/server systems, and printers to support site connectivity and operations
• Support and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric/access‑control, and GPS tracking systems to maintain security and monitoring capabilities
• Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, antivirus, user permissions, and backup systems to ensure network security and data integrity
• Manage IT assets and software licenses and coordinate with Singtel/StarHub, CCTV, copier, and other IT vendors to optimize resource utilization
• Administer employee IT onboarding and offboarding processes including account and equipment setup and recovery to ensure smooth transitions
• Maintain EHS and Quality datasets covering incidents, inspections, NCRs, audits, and corrective actions to support compliance and reporting
• Develop and update Power BI dashboards and reports to analyze EHS/quality trends, findings, and repeat issues by project and trade
• Collect and maintain environmental and sustainability data including energy, water, waste, fuel, and carbon emissions for accurate tracking
• Ensure data quality by following up on site submissions and reconciling information with QS, EHS, and Quality personnel to maintain accuracy
• Assist with IT projects, digitalisation initiatives, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, Wi‑Fi, Windows, and basic cybersecurity
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and Power Query
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide support at project sites when required
