Job summary

CloudHQ requires an IT Support professional to ensure efficient desk-side, remote and on-site service for our Singapore team. You will work with local and global IT groups, handling devices, apps, and network connectivity.

The role emphasizes end-user support, strong communication, and willingness to learn across Microsoft cloud, endpoint and networking tech. Singapore-based office with opportunities for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years in IT support, desktop support or service desk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Basic networking knowledge and VPN/DNS/DHCP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and support Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and cloud apps.
• Manage user accounts, devices using Intune and Entra ID.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities.
