Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pse Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver day-to-day technical assistance, manage Microsoft 365 and user access, and maintain PCs, servers and networking hardware. The role includes onboarding/offboarding, routine updates, and basic cybersecurity checks to keep systems secure and reliable.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant IT diploma, has hands-on IT support experience, and is willing to perform after-hours maintenance when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant IT qualification.
• Experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, servers and backup systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform after-hours maintenance when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer and connectivity issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, user profiles, access rights, onboarding and offboarding.
• Install, configure, maintain and update PCs, laptops, operating systems and software.
• Maintain office network, servers, NAS storage, backups, and printing and scanning equipment.
• Manage IT hardware and software purchases, inventory, maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Perform regular system updates, preventive maintenance and basic cybersecurity checks.
• Assist with PC and laptop relocation, including after-hours work when required.
• Support server room operations, including power shutdown procedures during scheduled building maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure systems remain secure, reliable and operational.
