Job summary

ACCTON TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support for office and factory operations in Singapore. You will manage IT infrastructure, assist with hardware/software issues, and support production-related IT systems, including ERP and business applications.

The role covers user administration, asset management, backups, and coordination with external IT vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance with IT policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to office and factory users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and email issues.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and scanners.
• Support ERP systems and other business applications.
• Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Maintain IT inventory and licenses; perform system backups.
