Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across desktops, laptops, servers and network equipment within our Singapore offices.

The role covers troubleshooting TCP/IP, Active Directory, Exchange Server and related systems, supervising contractors, and contributing to IT initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Alternate Saturday work is required and will report to the Group IT Managers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on networking experience including routers, internet and LAN/WAN.
• Experience managing Windows domain environments and AD.
• Familiar with corporate email systems and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot network issues within a Windows domain, including TCP/IP, AD, wireless APs, firewalls, routers and switches.
• Manage and support corporate email systems (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync).
• Perform system administration for various servers.
• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise contractors and conduct site surveys for infrastructure-related projects, including telecommunications, machinery, networking, IoT and IT equipment.
• Requires hands-on experience in routers, internet, and networking support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
